This relaxing, half-day retreat experience is designed to introduce time-honored traditional disciplines for reducing stress, building strength and increasing flexibility. The disciplines Yellow River Center have chosen are based on scientific research and include classical techniques for deep breathing, mindfulness meditation, Qigong exercise, seated and standing Tai Chi.

All sessions will be led by qualified instructors and health professionals experienced with the challenges caused by Parkinson’s. You’ll want to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. You can participate in all activities both seated and standing no matter what stage of PD you might have.
